Summer Cocktails You Need to Try


What a better way to cool down during the summer with a nice cocktail?! Here are some of my favorite summer cocktails that you need to try if you’re 21+ (if not, skip the alcohol to make them mocktails!)


I was intrigued by the name when I saw this on the drink menu at a local sushi joint but I’m so glad I tried it! This drink has rum, beer, lime juice, lemon juice, papaya juice, coconut milk, and orange juice. If you’re into fruity drinks, I totally recommend this one! Check out the recipe here.


Mojitos are super refreshing because of the mint and lime. They’re also pretty easy to make which is why they’re a favorite of mine! You can also add fruit to them to make them sweeter and change the taste. Check out the original recipe here.


You literally can’t go wrong with sangria. It’s the perfect party drink and is super simple to make. Just add freshly cut fruit (preferably oranges, apples and raspberries), add lemonade, a bottle of Chardonnay (or any white wine), a little bit of light rum and you’re good to go! It’s a crowd pleaser.

Moscow Mule

I’m a huge lover of ginger ale, so it’s no wonder why I like Moscow Mules. All you need is lime juice, ginger beer, and some vodka. Serve in a copper mug to keep it stylish!
