I’m getting better with posting more frequently, aren’t you proud of me!? I’ve had my ipsy bag subscription for almost a year now and I absolutely love it and the experience of trying new things. I really have never been disappointed with an ipsy bag in its entirety, sure some products aren’t great but that’s why I like this service. You get to try out sample – but sometimes full size – products to see if you like them before purchasing the full size. You get 5 products for $10 a month, plus a cute bag! Here’s what I got in my ipsy bag this month…
I got some nice little goodies! I always check out the sneak peek of what’s in my bag, just because I’m so impatient and I’m also not a huge fan of surprises. Here’s a close up & description of what I received this month…
I got the treStique baby blush stick in the color Bora Bora Coral. The cap comes off to reveal a rounded blush stick. The color is very coraly and bright. I’m not a *huge* fan of blushes, but I will try this one out. This product is .04 oz. This company is cruelty free, paraben free, natural and made with love!
Next I got the it’s a 10: miracle leave-in product. I’ve used this product before but have never owned it! My hairdresser always put this in my hair after coloring since my hair would get so tangled and try. It’s literally a miracle, just like the name says. This is a sample size but I know a similar size to this sells for around $13. This product is AMAZING and is cruelty free also 🙂
This is my third brush I’ve received from ipsy & I’m glad that they include brushes in some of the bags, it really helps to build up your collection. This is the second Luxie brush I’ve received. This one is their Small Tapered Blending Brush, I think I got a medium blending one or some other type of blending brush before. These brushes are $12.00 each so that’s a steal. I really like Luxie brushes because they are higher quality. I think the pink handle is super cute and I love the rose gold accents. So glad I got this!
This is (obvi) the Smashbox Photo Finish Primer Oil in a sample size. This product is NOT cruelty free nor is this brand so I’m highly disappointed with that. That’s all I really have to say.
Lastly is this Vintage lip gloss in Pink Sequin. I’m not a gloss lover, but do wear it occasionally. I don’t know how I feel about the shimmer in this gloss but I guess I’ll have to try it to see if I end up liking it. I do like the fact that it is a cruelty free brand.
That’s all I got in my glam bag this month. Interested in signing up? Ipsy is $10/month and you will receive 5 sample or full size products in a cute little bag. Some of the products are from amazing brands and some are from indie brands that will end up being your favorite. ANNNND as you review your bag and the products you receive on their website, you gain points which can be redeemed to get full size products. They also have brand deals for 10-30% off of some of the brands featured in the bag and they give you ipsy exclusive codes. I highly suggest trying it out. You can sign up here.
I hope you enjoyed the post! Did you get an ipsy bag this month? What’d you get in it?! I’d love to know, sometimes me and my sister swap the items we got in our bags.
Hope you have a fantastic day!
Xoxo, Rae

WAIT so you get the bag too!? I’d pay that just for the bag, let alone the goodies. I’ve never come across this subscription service before. It sounds fab! That bag is so cute!
