Hello my loves! I hope you’re doing well. Today I have a post featuring some new to me products from Derma E – my new favorite skincare line! It’s always a good time to detox, but it’s even better to start the new year off right with a detox for your skin. My skin is really struggling right now, so this detox is much needed.
First off, Derma E is the bomb dot com. Their products are cruelty free, GMO free and vegan. They have a pretty large line of stuff targeted for different skin types – so I guarantee that you’ll be able to find something you love. (P.S. I featured them in my winter skincare routine and have a review on their moisturizers here.) I’m loving their new packaging, how about you?!
Purifying Daily Detox Scrub // $16
I actually have this in my shower right now! I bought this in a previous Ulta haul and I really like it, so I’m happy to have a backup. The marine algae extracts boost purity and resiliency to promote a fresh healthy glow. It’s formulated with activated charcoal so it’s going to suck out all of the gunk in your pores and the scrub is amazing at exfoliating and getting rid of all the dead skin – which is a must for me since I have dry skin in the winter. Like I mentioned in my past review of this scrub, it feels refreshing on the skin and has a cooling effect. My skin seriously feels like a babys’ bottom after using it – so I highly recommend it!
Purifying 2-in-1 Mask // $20
This mask has similar ingredients to the detox scrub and oooooo, I love it. Not only does it draw out impurities – you can also use it as a scrub while you’re removing it! I used it for the first time the other night and holy macaroni. My skin was so smooth and it’s already bringing the yucky stuff up to the surface of my skin (which is what these masks are supposed to do – so then you can treat the pimples head on!) I focused it on my chin, nose and jaw since that’s where I’ve been having breakouts lately. I was surprised that it didn’t irritate my skin, so that’s a good sign. It also dried down pretty quickly which is a plus. They recommend using this 1-2 a week and I think that’s a good call, I’ll probably be treating myself to it once every week.
So, I really enjoyed these products from Derma E and I think they’re a must in your skincare routine, especially if you get breakouts from stress or hormones! Even with my dry sensitive skin, these products were gentle enough for me to use and were actually effective!
Have you tried anything from Derma E before? Let me know in the comments if you have or haven’t!
Thanks so much for reading, as always <3
Xoxo, Rae
