Ulta is my favorite place to shop online, since they have a mix of high end and drugstore products, plus their own brand is cruelty free so I want to support them vs Sephora whose brand is not cruelty free (soz for all my babes who love Sephora). I had a gift card from Christmas so I thought I would pick up some travel sized items to bring along with me on my cruise and so I could try out some new stuff, too.
I haven’t tried anything from First Aid Beauty yet but I’ve heard good things about them! I picked this up because I need to bring a cleanser with me on my cruise and this says it’s safe for sensitive skin. It also has some facial radiance pads which exfoliate your skin so they’re a good back up when I run out of the Nip + Fab ones I’m using now!
(I totally forgot to picture the facial radiance pads…my bad).
I picked up some shampoo and conditioner from Not Your Mother’s. Whenever I go on trips, I need my own shampoo and conditioner since the stuff they provide just doesn’t help my hair at all. NYM is cruelty free and they have some vegan options!
I also picked up the NYM Beach Babe sea salt spray. I have used this before and I really like it, I figured it would be great to have while on a cruise since we’ll be on the ocean and it’s a quick way to style your hair!
I haven’t tried Ulta’s brand yet so I took the opportunity to get some travel sizes of their body wash and body lotion. Coconut is my favorite scent, so that was kind of a given that I was going to get it haha. I’ll let you know how I like them once I use them!
I don’t really think I’ll be wearing makeup, but if I do I need something to take it off with! I’m assuming I’m only going to be wearing mascara (since that’s really all I’m planning on bringing). I think these are perfect for travel since they’re in their own little case and I’m excited to try them out!
Lastly, I needed to find a cruelty free suncare brand. I’ve heard good things about Coola so I decided to buy this travel kit. It’s TSA approved sizes, which is amazing since this stuff will all be going in my carry on. It comes with a lip balm, a sunscreen spray, an after sun lotion and a face moisturizer with SPF in it.
It also has a super cute bag with it too, so I definitely think it was worth the money. I’m also pumped that the sunscreen is pina colada scented! I’m really excited to try this stuff out too, so I’ll let you know how it goes!
I hope you enjoyed the post! What’s your most recent purchase?
Thanks for reading, as always <3

I love the not you mother products and the sea salt spray is one of my faves! Haven’t tried any of their shampoo but I really like the dry shampoo. I feel the same way about hotel shampoos, they just make my hair feel icky!
