Being a makeup junkie and a college student is hard sometimes, especially with all of these new palette releases happening each week. Which is why I’m always searching for coupons high and low! You really shouldn’t click that check out button until you’ve done a thorough search for some promo codes – trust me, it’s worth the digging.
Ulta is my go-to retailer for makeup. They have a great selection of drug store and mid-range cosmetics. They carry various cruelty-free brands and their in-store brand is also cruelty-free! Lucky for us, Ulta always has coupons available! But what if that $3.50 coupon just isn’t enough for this purchase or what if you can’t find one that’s working? I got your back. Follow me along to find some promo codes for Ulta!
Do a Google search.
Remember how I said do a thorough search? That’s the best way to find working promo codes. There definitely are a ton of sites that you can find coupons on, but I always find that the sites have pop-ups or the codes no longer work. Sometimes the codes will say “20% off” or something similar, but then it just brings you to the sale page – when that’s not what we want, we want promo codes!
For example, RetailMeNot only has a couple of the $3.50 off qualifying purchase coupons but lists their current sale items as coupons – which kind of tricks you into thinking that you’re getting an amazing deal but you really aren’t. I looked at Groupon and they do the same thing.
Let’s take a look at Dealspotr’s Ulta promo codes/coupons and see how they compare.
Dealspotr has numerous of the $3.50 codes plus I saw a code for 20% off your first Ulta Salon visit, so that’s pretty neat. I would like to point out that these $3.50 coupons aren’t able to be used on the prestige brands that Ulta carries, but everything else is fair game. I also want to point on the coupon filter on the left side of the Dealspotr site. You can filter out what you want to make your deal searching faster and more effective.
So let’s use one of these coupons! Let me show you how it works on Dealspotr. I found an item I’m interested in buying, so I added it to my cart.
I wander back over to Dealspotr to check out their codes for Ulta.
I’m going to click on one of the codes, then this will open up.
I’m going to click the “Copy Code” button and the code will automatically be copied to my clipboard. Now back to Ulta to apply the code during checkout!
Ta-da, it worked. Now I know that $3.50 isn’t a mega discount, but it’s worth it. I also didn’t have to do a lot of searching to find a code, which I’m happy about. Dealspotr is always the first site I go to find the best promo codes. There are a ton of different features on Dealspotr that you can narrow down your searches with, such as single-use codes, third party deals (so deals listed on other retailers sites for specific items), or site-wide deals + more.
I also really like Dealspotr because you can earn points by posting deals, validating deals, and referring others. These points you can redeem for gift cards! If you sign up using this link, you can start posting and validating deals to share with others!
Have you used Dealspotr before? Let me know in the comments
I highly recommend it! I’ve used it numerous times and I’m always sharing deals for cruelty free brands.
